Services
Keep the basics running. Build the missing pieces.
CIR handles classic break/fix and managed IT work, but the real strength is stepping into complicated workflows and making them usable.
Core focus
Custom applications and workflow systems
When the off-the-shelf tool almost works but keeps creating manual work, we design the process and build the practical application around how your team actually operates.
- Internal tools and dashboards
- Process mapping and cleanup
- Data handoffs between systems
- Reporting that answers real questions
Managed IT
Business technology support
Help desk, workstation support, cloud accounts, networking, printing, backups, vendor coordination, and the recurring care that keeps people working.
Break/Fix
When something is just broken
Troubleshooting for slow machines, broken access, network issues, line-of-business software problems, email trouble, and urgent technology headaches.
Security
Practical risk reduction
Endpoint protection, patching, firewall review, backups, identity hygiene, user education, and plain-English recommendations for improving security posture.
Consulting
Technology planning
Roadmaps, vendor selection, project rescue, documentation, migrations, and executive-level conversations about what technology should do for the business.
Projects
Get-it-done execution
The attitude is simple: own the problem, coordinate the moving parts, explain what matters, and keep pushing until the outcome is useful.
Approach
The Five Steps for Technology Success
The CI process is simple: understand the need, inspect the reality, make a plan, improve what exists, and innovate where the business needs something better.
Interest
We learn what hurts, what matters, and what success would actually look like.Inspect
We review the systems, vendors, workflows, risks, and assumptions already in play.Plan
We turn the findings into a clear path with options, tradeoffs, costs, and priorities.Improve
We stabilize, document, simplify, and make the daily work less painful.Innovate
We build or connect the tools that give your team leverage instead of more busywork.
Why CIR
One call. Plain English. Real ownership.
No vendor runaround
When your software, internet, printer, cloud account, or line-of-business system misbehaves, we help coordinate the moving pieces instead of handing you another phone number.
Documentation belongs to you
Password lists, system inventory, application notes, vendor details, and process knowledge should not be held hostage. You keep the keys to your IT kingdom.
Technology in business terms
We explain what is happening, why it matters, and what your practical options are without making you become a part-time technician.
Systems over symptoms
Some tickets need a quick fix. Others are signals that the process, application, training, or vendor setup needs to be reworked. We look for the pattern.

About
Carolina Innovative Research, Ltd. Co. was formed in 2013 by Chavous Camp, an industry veteran, entrepreneur, consultant, network engineer, software developer, and technology strategist.
The company grew around a practical belief: good technology support is not just fixing devices. It is understanding the business, teaching clearly, documenting what matters, and building systems that help people do the work they were hired to do.
That is still the operating posture: competence, compassion, innovation, class, and a hold-me-to-it attitude toward the customer experience.
